Vinimos a cenar el menú degustación junto con el maridaje recomendado. Voy a ser breve: la comida está bien. Personalmente, creo que nada me voló la cabeza ni fue realmente memorable. Puedo admirar la cantidad de técnicas de cocina en cada plato, pero para mi gusto personal, no fue lo que esperaba en cuestión de sabores. El trato de los camareros, impecable: súper amables y te explican todo con mucho detalle, tanto de la comida como de las bebidas.
