Petit restaurant, grande cuisine. Lorsque j’ai commandé leur curry au saumon, je n’attendais rien de particulier… et pourtant, quelle révélation ! Les saveurs, à la fois subtiles et raffinées, se déploient avec une délicatesse qui trahit la main d’un véritable artisan. Au-delà de la fraîcheur des ingrédients, c’est tout le savoir-faire et la sensibilité du chef qui s’expriment derrière les fourneaux. Une adresse discrète, mais dont la cuisine laisse une empreinte mémorable.

Une véritable pépite ! Vous ne serez pas déçu ! Tout est savoureux, équilibré et bio, avec des options viande ou végétal. L’équipe est très agréable et efficace, ce qui est rare dans cette ville. C’est l’une de mes adresses préférées à Malaga.
