L'espetero è la persona che prepara gli spiedini di sardine vicino alle spiagge di Malaga. Prima infilza le sardine e poi le cucina sul fuoco. Nei bar sulla spiaggia ci sono piccole imbarcazioni dove vengono grigliate le deliziose sardine.
