No es muy grande pero está bien para entrenar y evitar el asfalto. Tiene cierto desnivel por lo que dar vueltas al parque puede ser un buen entrenamiento para trail, acumulando algo de desnivel en cada vuelta. Se pueden dar vueltas cortas de unos 600m a la parte superior, o bajar hasta abajo y volver a subir y hacer un mini circuito de unos 1500m. Suficiente para que un entrenamiento de unos 10km no se haga demasiado monótono. No suele estar muy concurrido, sobre todo gente paseando perros.
