My kidse like to eat there so I went also with them. Can't say I enjoyed much. Not bad, but I don't think I will seek for another Tako Bell.

Taco Bell Madrid – gutes Essen trifft chaotischen Service Taco Bell in Madrid liefert, was man erwartet: solides Essen, angenehmes Ambiente, schnelle Snacks mit Tex-Mex-Vibe. Geschmacklich passt alles – die Tacos, Burritos und Bowls sind frisch, gut gewürzt, genau wie man’s kennt. Doch beim Service zeigt sich ein anderes Bild. Die Bestellung verläuft zwar elektronisch, die Entgegennahme jedoch nicht über einen Screen, wie man es von modernen Filialen kennt. Stattdessen ruft eine Mitarbeiterin die Bestellnummer laut durchs ganze Restaurant. Keine Anzeige mit Namen und Nummer, lesiglich eine kleine versteckte Nummer seitlich bei der Theke, die kein Kunde sehen kann. Also kein System – einfach laut und direkt. Attraktiv, lebendig, modern?! Nein, chaotisch. Kurios: Nach Bestellung Nummer 12 folgt nicht etwa 13, sondern gleich die 14. Aberglaube bei der Crew? Oder ein schräger Zufall? Was ebenfalls irritiert: Nur ein einziger Mitarbeiter im gesamten Team spricht Englisch. Der wird dann – ernsthaft – extra aus der Küche geholt, wenn ein Tourist eine Frage hat. In einer Stadt wie Madrid und bei einer internationalen Kette wie Taco Bell ist das eher peinlich als charmant. Fazit - wer wegen dem Essen kommt, wird zufrieden sein. Wer aber auf klaren Ablauf, Verständlichkeit und etwas Struktur beim Service hofft, sollte die Erwartungen dämpfen. Mit der Zeit gehen liebe Leute! Internationale Touristen sind Anspruchsvoll und nicht selbstverständlich....
