Lanzhou Beef Noodles fue una auténtica sorpresa. La comida está riquísima, con sabores intensos y muy bien equilibrados. Los fideos los hacen a mano en el momento (¡y puedes elegir el grosor!), lo que marca totalmente la diferencia. Nada que ver con otros sitios de ramen: esto es cocina tradicional de verdad, típica de la región de Lanzhou, y se nota que la prepara alguien que sabe lo que hace.
