⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fuimos a la sucursal de Five Guys en Gran Vía y la experiencia fue excelente. Queremos destacar especialmente a Claudia Jaramillo, quien nos atendió con una gran sonrisa desde el primer momento. Fue muy amable, cercana y nos hizo sentir como en casa, algo que no siempre ocurre en este tipo de lugares. Gracias a ella, salimos con una sonrisa y con ganas de volver. ¡Da gusto encontrar personas así en atención al cliente!

Las hamburguesas son excelentes teniendo en cuenta que es una cadena de comida rápida. La higiene es extrema, cosa de agradecer en un sitio tan céntrico. La ubicación es excelente.
