About

The restaurant La Castela is often called the "pearl of Madrid" for its ability to preserve the essence of traditional Spanish cuisine amidst the constant emergence of culinary innovations and gastronomic trends. Located in the central part of the capital, despite its young age, it enjoys popularity among tourists and city residents.

The restaurant's interior is divided into two "thematic" zones. The first is the bar, where free spots occasionally appear and a creative mess reigns, mixed with the aroma of shisha, shouts from bartenders and baristas. The second is the dining area, filled with wooden tables, which need to be reserved several days in advance.

The menu at La Castela features a wide variety of salads, steaks, and of course, tapas, about which regular customers have long been telling tales.

Repetiremos.
