The owner was so sweet and very patient. The bread was warm and soft and, the meat was high quality and so good! It was soooo good if you are in Madrid it's a must have!

Fui el otro día porque me apetecía una focaccia con verduras asadas y recordé haber visto en redes una opción vegana cerca de Sol. La focaccia en sí estaba rica y esponjosa. El relleno muy rico también, pero la cantidad algo escasa para mi, además de que estaría bien que incluyese alguna proteína vegana (aunque entiendo que es algo que llevará tiempo introducir).

Un sitio súper céntrico con una opción 100% vegetal apta para veganos y vegetarianos. Encontrar un sitio donde probar una buena focaccia italiana es difícil si eres una persona vegana, pero en Focadeli hemos probado una que nos ha dejado impresionadas, aparte de que el pan de focaccia es buenísimo y tierno, el relleno de la Fresca Vegana (su opción plant based) está repleto de ingredientes riquísimos como una crema de berenjena asada que elaboran en el restaurante, tomates cherry asados, calabacín y alcachofas, a esto se añade rúcula y un chorrito generoso de AOVE. Las focaccias me han parecido de un tamaño grande, el relleno muy generoso y además te la puedes comer bien por la calle. El local está entre Gran Vía y Sol y tiene mesas altas y banquetas para hacer una parada y comer bien si están en la zona.
