Bueno... hablar de restaurantes japoneses en la calle Echegaray (Madrid,), puede ser fácil... o no tanto. En Chuka he probado un Ramen digno de alta nota. Y baos i.posibles de definir... riquísimos. Muy acompañados de salsas que te vuelven loco... pero quizá distantes de la auténtica gastronomía japonesa. Ojo me gusta... el Ramen.... posiblemente de los mejores de Madrid. Cierto es que quizá (Salvando el Ramen... que me parece muy autentico), el resto de platos (que están riquísimos) quizás se alejan de la auténtica comida japonesa Me gusta y mucho.... pienso que saben -y lo hacen muy bien- un sexto sentido a platos wn principio japones. Muy recomendable por la innovación en sabores en base a una cultura.

Todo bueno, rico, sabroso, sorprendente. Buenas raciones. Servicio rápido, camareros muy amables. Decoración sencilla, como una típica taberna japonesa. Repetiremos sin duda. El único pero es que no tiene café pero supongo que es una manera de no alargar la cena y dejar la mesa libre cuanto antes. Muy buena relación calidad/precio.
