The Royal Theatre in Madrid is the most important cultural venue in all of Spain, as it is often visited by the royal family. It is located on the Eastern Square, through which popular tourist routes pass.

The theatre has been closed for renovation several times, and once there was even a plan to decorate it in the style of Ancient Egypt and the pharaohs. Fortunately or unfortunately, there simply weren't enough funds to implement this bold idea, and instead of sphinxes, pyramids, and tombs, it was decided to go for a "classic" and cosmetic renovation. Today, the theatre often hosts touring companies with internationally significant productions, which always sell out.

El teatro espectacular, la visita técnica es muy recomendable, eso sí, tienes que tener mucha suerte con el guía que te toque. El nuestro caso no tuvimos mucha suerte con el que nos tocó ya que no ganas por transmitir el conocimiento y además era bastante antipático

Teatro Real, sanatseverler için Madrid’in kalbinde adeta bir mücevher gibi parlıyor. Bina hem dış mimarisiyle hem de iç mekânın zarafetiyle göz kamaştırıyor. Akustiği mükemmel, sahne tasarımları oldukça profesyonel. Gittiğim opera gösterisi hem görsel hem de işitsel anlamda unutulmaz bir deneyim sundu. Görevliler son derece nazik ve organizasyon oldukça düzenliydi. Eğer Madrid’deyseniz ve kültürel bir akşam geçirmek istiyorsanız Teatro Real’i kesinlikle kaçırmayın!
