One of the best cinemas in Madrid for seeing movies in their original language with Spanish subtitles. They tend to show a wide variety of films at a time, from blockbusters to indie arthouse productions. Close to Plaza de España metro, the location is also perfect for visiting around Madrid. It’s an old cinema so expect long narrow rooms, many with very little upward gradation of the steps, and relatively small screens. Therefore, unlike in newer cinemas you may want to sit close-ish to the screen for the best viewing experience (somewhere between rows 5 and 15).
