Nous fréquentons ce Starbucks avec ma conjointe depuis plus de 2 ans, environ une fois toutes les deux semaines. Les prix ont légèrement augmenté, mais la qualité et la sympathie du personnel sont toujours au rendez-vous. Le seul petit bémol serait qu’il y a régulièrement des erreurs dans les commandes. Par exemple, lors de notre dernière visite, nous avions commandé un Venti et un Medium, mais avons reçu deux Mediums. La fois précédente, nous avions demandé sans glaçons avec plus de base (et payé pour), mais avons eu des boissons classiques avec glaçons. Un simple rappel aux équipes pour bien respecter les demandes des clients serait appréciable, même si je comprends qu’en période de rush, cela puisse être compliqué.
