Très déçu de ce Quick (République / Bellecour) Je suis très mécontent de mon passage dans ce Quick. Une promotion nationale proposait 2 menus Giant pour 10 € via l’application, mais impossible de l’activer sur les bornes. Le manager nous a simplement répondu qu’il n’était pas obligé de l’appliquer car ce Quick est franchisé. C’est inacceptable ! Tous les autres Quick que je fréquente appliquent cette promo sans problème. Ici, on parle clairement de publicité mensongère. Le manager n’était pas à l’écoute, aucun effort commercial, aucun sens du service. À fuir ! 👎 👉 Mise à jour suite à la réponse du service client : Le lien vers le formulaire ne change rien au problème : sur place, le manager a refusé tout échange. Il a été catégorique et fermé au dialogue. À fuir 👎
