Ce midi nous avons pris deux pizzas a emporter ( en déposant notre chat avant de partir en vacances 😉 ) et la, QUELLE CLAQUE !! Le travail sur la pâte est dingo. La matière première est bien choisi. petite carte, petit diamètre. Toutes ces différentes textures sur la pâte, du croustillant, un moelleux incroyable et le tout un peu grassouillet sur le trait d'huile d'olive a la fin ... presque un ressenti de kouign aman avec cette croustillance gourmande 🤯🤯 Mercii et je vais réserver un cours avec vous sans faute ❤️
