Une belle découverte dans ce quartier à la frontière entre Lyon et Montchat. Un très bon accueil et un l’environnement raffiné et bien agencé. Une décoration florale et fine. Un repas de grande qualité et des mets frais et bien agencés. Bravo et merci. Continuez ainsi.

Accueil chaleureux et cadre calme pour ce petit resto de quartier bien situé à Montchat. Le gérant est vraiment gentil et attentif, ce qui rend l’expérience agréable. Côté cuisine, les sushis manquent un peu de saveur : le riz n’est pas vinaigré, un peu trop cuit, ce qui altère le plaisir gustatif. Avec une offre comme The Fork, le rapport qualité-prix reste correct, mais à la carte, cela ne vaut pas encore le tarif pratiqué. Dommage, car il y a du potentiel ! Avec quelques ajustements en cuisine, ce restaurant pourrait vraiment devenir une belle adresse. Encouragements à l’équipe pour continuer à progresser !
