Un excellent restaurant. Les plats sont originaux et délicieux. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la texture des mantos, qui ressemblent à des brioches très moelleuses et savoureuses. Elles se marient joliment avec le reste du plat et donnent un côté léger au diner. Les desserts sont recherchés et là aussi il y a une attention particulière aux textures qui emplissent la bouches et accaparent toute l'attention. Notamment avec le dessert glacé entouré d'une fine crêpe légère. La crêpe cache la glace, et fond dans la bouche pour laisser place aux cristaux glacés. En plus de la cuisine, les tenanciers sont très gentils et attentionnés. Le chef a beaucoup d'expérience et sa femme qui accueille et s'occupe du service est alerte et s'assure que tout se passe bien avec beaucoup d'attention. Merci !

Une de nos plus belles découvertes à Lyon avec cette incroyable cuisine fusion chinoise-européenne. On s'est régalé ! Les plats sont élégants et frais. Le restaurant a aussi des options végétariennes et vegan sur leur carte. Le service et le lieu étaient très bien.
