Wir haben Hummer, Muscheln und Fish & Chips für die Kinder bestellt. Das Essen war geschmacklich sehr gut – frisch, schön angerichtet und in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre serviert. Allerdings hat der Service einen sehr bitteren Beigeschmack hinterlassen: Der Kellner hat einer anderen Familie mit zwei Kindern sofort kleine Geschenktüten gebracht, meinen Kindern – die direkt hinter ihnen saßen – aber nicht. Erst nach meiner Nachfrage bekamen sie ebenfalls welche. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war der Moment aber schon ruiniert. Ein solches Verhalten wirkt unprofessionell und respektlos, gerade wenn man als Familie hier isst und alle Gäste gleich behandelt werden sollten. Schade, denn das Essen war wirklich gut – aber solche Erlebnisse trüben den Gesamteindruck erheblich.
