Une superbe expérience ! Concept original de menu surprise, et c'est un chef d'œuvre de l'entrée au dessert. C'est bon, c'est osé, c'est créatif, ça joue sur les textures, ça jongle avec les saveurs. Le tout servi avec enthousiasme et sourire, bien conseillés au niveau des vins également (que de belles références là aussi). Un très grand chapeau à toute l'équipe, je m'en souviendrai longtemps !
