Bonjour je voudrais un sandwich..avez vous des bières ? -Si vous voyez rien elles sont devant vous! - avez vous un verre s'il vous plaît. - vous me le rapportez ! .... je rapporte le verre et l'emballage du sandwich après 20mn. - ça ( canette et carton). vous le mettez dehors dans une poubelle ! - non je vous le laisse ici. Merci. - je NE VEUX PLUS VOUS REVOIR. ,.... Est ce une manière de traiter un client? ..a éviter.
