Le lieu est déjà magnifique et l'ambiance raffinée laisse présager de la cuisine qui est servie. En entrée nous avons pris la salade de méduse au concombre, très bien assaisonnée, avec des cacahuètes pour le croustillant, légèrement relevé. C'était très surprenant, la méduse n'est pas gélatineuse, c'est vraiment une belle découverte. Ensuite de la poitrine de porc pour mon mari, savoureuse, et du tendron de pied de boeuf pour moi (d'humeur aventureuse). Tout était tendre et fondant en bouche, goûteux. Un vrai voyage de saveurs traditionnelles qu'on n'a pas l'habitude de trouver chez nous. Le tout accompagné de riz cantonais avec des petits morceaux de saucisses aux épices, un régal dont on ne se lasse jamais. Les quantités sont conséquentes, heureusement que nous sommes bons mangeurs mais nous sommes sortis repus. Avec deux boissons, une entrée deux plats et un accompagnement, 70€ environ. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, le personnel est très agréable et réactif, vraiment toutes les cases sont cochées. Première visite en août 2025, et j'espère pas la dernière.
