Abbiamo preso 4 menù cercando di provare i piatti tipici, tutto molto buono ma soprattutto la zuppa di cipolle (starter), la quenelle (first). nel complesso una buona cena

Un bouchon dans le vieux Lyon, qui m'a permis de découvrir la cervelle de canut et le fameux tablier de sapeur. Un service cordialement et une bonne qualité des assiettes.

Un peu déçu, meme sinoe cadre est sympa, ou sont les nappes à carreaux 😉 Accueil agréable, première expérience tablier de sapeur, donc bof, je ne remets pas en cause la qualite de ce qui m'a été servi mais cela nécessite d'autres expériences afin de comparer. Je n'ai pas été emballé par le gâteau de foie, en revanche la salade qui accompagnait était parfaitement assaisonnée ce qui est assez rare. La tarte praline, petite et bof aussi. Le tout dans un menu à 18,90 un samedi soir, il faut reconnaître que c'est un bon rapport qualité prix. Et le Croze Hermitage qui a accompagné tout ca, une merveille 🙂. En synthèse, un avis mitigé.
