Restaurant concept ouvert seulement le midi où le menu change toutes les semaines. J'y suis allé 5-6 fois et ce n'est pas faute de vouloir y aller plus : leurs menus sont des sources d'inspiration tant ils sont riches et diversifiés. Seule une chose ne change jamais : la qualité des préparations, de l'assaisonnement. À titre personnel, j'ai besoin d'un effort de recherche pour obtenir le parfait assaisonnement quand ils semblent le faire spontanément, leur expertise dans les métiers de bouche ne fait aucun doute ! Mon seul regret est qu'ils ne soient pas ouverts le week-end pour les habitants du quartier.
