There is value in specialization, do one thing and do it right. This is the case with La Barque Bleue, a small restaurant where I was invited. Other than deserts, it serves only seafood. We had two types of fish, served whole. While this is not a type of food I order very often, it tasted good. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone with a hankering for fresh seafood.
