Dommage car il y a du potentiel, mais gâché par de petites choses. Deux commandes (uniquement des makis) : RAS au niveau du goût sur la première, mais un goût sucré désagréable sur la deuxième. J'ignore si ça vient du jus de betterave utilisé pour teindre le riz en rose (censé "ne pas altérer le goût" ...) ou de la préparation du riz vinaigré, mais clairement quelque chose clochait. Le gingembre confit à été oublié lors des deux commandes. Il ne vous manque pas grand chose pour être irréprochable. Je retenterai peut-être une dernière fois.
