Un restaurant qui ne paie pas de mine et pourtant si vous saviez... J'habite le quartier depuis des années et c'est seulement maintenant que je m'y arrête. Flemme d'aller dans le centre. Mes autres "cantines" sont fermées ou complètes alors pourquoi ne pas donner sa chance à cette adresse ? Ne cherchez pas de chichi dans ce restaurant, le nom résume tout : En toute simplicité ! Nous avons droit à une cuisine goutue, copieuse et parfaitement assaisonnée. L'oeuf est coulant, la crème qui accompagne le saumon fumé légère, les pommes de terres fondantes, la pièce du boucher parfaitement cuite et généreuse, le suprême de volaille aux morilles parfaitement équilibré. Si vous avez encore de la place pour le dessert le brioche perdue viendra vous achever. Vous repartirez heureux car pour une fois on ne vous aura pas pris pour un pigeon et vous aurez passé un très bon moment. Un moment en toute simplicité.

La découverte ! Près de mon travail, nous y venons souvent pour déjeuner. La dame qui sert est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Elle est souriante et sans parler de la cuisine, on sent la fraîcheur. Pas beaucoup de choix mais c’est tant mieux car on sait que c’est du made in home !
