Je souhaite partager mon mécontentement concernant une expérience récente avec Domino’s. J’ai appelé pour passer une commande par téléphone, mais l’employée m’a répondu qu’en raison d’un trop grand nombre de commandes, elle ne pouvait pas prendre la mienne. Je trouve cette réponse totalement inadmissible. Refuser de prendre une commande simplement parce qu’il y a « trop de travail » n’est pas acceptable de la part d’une enseigne qui se doit d’assurer un service client de qualité. C’est une mauvaise image donnée à vos clients et une expérience très décevante.
