Le concept est atypique et très simple. Le service c'est vous même qui la faites. On choisit les accompagnements, on paie au grammage les viandes. Pas de réservation tout se passe au comptoir. L'ambiance et le personnel sont au top et surtout c'est un repas de partage et de convivialité.
