Il n'existe pas assez de mots pour décrire ce restaurant Crous. La preuve ? Son succès encore plus fulgurant qu'un restaurant étoilé (et en même temps, des étoiles, je lui en donne 5 dans mon avis). Chaque jour, les maître·sses croussier·es nous signent un classique, avec un bar à salade qui ferait se damner les Léporidés et des options végétariennes somptueusement goulues qui ne laisseront pas sur leur faim celleux qui ne consomment pas de viande (pour x ou y raison(s) (il s'agit avant tout du campus scientifique, parlons-leur dans leur langage)). Il faut finir cet avis sur un seul mot, crié haut et fort : MERCI !

Lieu spacieux, aéré, lumineux, sur le bord d'une placette ronde accueillante, personnel aimable, menus variés du végétarien jusqu'à la plancha, le tout sur une base de 3,30 euros, à deux pas de l'ENS...Que demander de plus ? Que ça dure !
