Cliente habituelle, je suis extrêmement déçue de la qualité de la cuisson des aliments notamment le poisson. Queue de lotte très peu cuite à la limite du cru donc immangeable … il ne me restait que 4 bouts de pomme de terre au fond de la barquette… un peu cher pour 12,50€. De plus, le lendemain avec ma collègue qui a eu la même expérience que moi, nous sommes retourner informer de ce désagrément auprès des employées et de la responsable qui nous fait aucun geste commercial. La justification a été « desolé, aujourd’hui le saumon est bien cuit ». Par ailleurs; la carte de fidélité qui ne dure qu’un mois, il faut préciser à vos clients si vous ne souhaitez pas faire de réduction … En bref, passez votre chemin
