La terrasse est assez sympa, on a été bien accueillis. La présentation des plats est jolie, mais le concept même ne m'a pas convaincu. La gaufre salée est traitée comme un support, sans grande valeur ajoutée (texture et goût sont très simples). Le seul avantage est que c'est facile à manger avec les doigts pour ceux qui le souhaitent. Les préparations par-dessus sont bonnes et variées, mais comme séparées de la gaufre (contrairement à une confiture ou une pâte à tartiner qui occupe les trous de la gaufre sucrée et se mêle davantage à elle en bouche). Je n'ai pu m'empêcher de me dire qu'une galette ou un bagel aurait mieux mis en valeur ces préparations.
