Le 4 août 2025 la Terre s’est mise à tourner à l’envers et on a remonté le temps! J’ai eu l’impression de me retrouver tout gamin chez mes grands-parents quand lors des grands jours mon Papy allait acheter des steaks extra tendres et goûtus et que ma Mamy les préparaient à la poêle et qu’ils flottaient tels des radeaux sur un lit de beurre! Cette sensation je l’ai retrouvé « À ma Vigne « de Lyon. Qualité Premium et quantité! Là bas ça ne rigole pas. Une assiette juste pour réussir à mettre le steak! Terrible! Cuisson saignante parfaitement maîtrisée. Mon épouse a pris l’aile de raie et s’est également fait plaisir, elle l’a trouvé délicieuse. Les médecins diraient qu’il ne faut pas y aller tous les jours pour le cholestérol hahaha mais qu’il faut y aller régulièrement quand on a besoin de s’évader psychologiquement et passer un excellent moment!

Un restau comme on les aime. Une déco rétro, on sait qu’on va très très bien manger. Un service efficace et agréable dans une rue calme. Que demande le peuple ? Des frites bouillantes et du beurre, beaucoup de beurre… Et une crème caramel à tomber. Bref j’ai adoré
