Correct globalement. Mais le ramen est vraiment décevant. Avec une note moyenne de 4,9 je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux. Surtout qu'on peut trouver moins cher pour cette qualité. Bouillon Tonkotsu beaucoup trop salé et peu parfumé. Tous les ingrédients (legumes, nouilles) sont sans saveur. Viande de porc sans moelleux ni parfum.

Mein neues Lieblingsrestaurant! Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Korean Fried Chicken und die Tonkotsu Ramen. Aufjedenfall einen Besuch wert.
