Der Service war sehr freundlich. Jedoch waren wir, was die Größe der Portionen betrifft, sehr enttäuscht. Ich hab es selten erlebt, dass ich in einem Restaurant nicht richtig satt geworden bin. Die Medaillons waren winzig und das Kartoffelgratin war nur ein kleiner Klecks. Auch die Burger sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Baguettebrot mit überbackenem Beef, entsprach nicht ganz unserer Vorstellung eines Burgers. Die Pommes sind bei den Kindern leider nicht so gut angekommen. Geschmacklich kann ich an dem Essen jedoch nichts beanstanden. Das Fleisch und Gratin waren wirklich sehr gut. Schade, dass wir nicht vernünftig satt wurden, .. bei den Preisen. Schade, das habe ich in anderen Block House Restaurants bisher anders erlebt.

Das Block House überzeugt mich seit Jahrzehnten mit gleichbleibend hoher Qualität – egal in welcher Filiale man einkehrt. Die Steaks sind perfekt zubereitet, die Beilagen frisch und die Atmosphäre angenehm entspannt. Doch was mich heute besonders begeistert hat – und was leider nicht selbstverständlich ist – war die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Professionalität des gesamten Personals. Vom Empfang bis zum Service am Tisch: aufmerksam, herzlich und absolut kompetent. Ein echtes Highlight, das den Besuch zu einem rundum positiven Erlebnis gemacht hat. Vielen Dank an das Team in Lübeck – ich komme garantiert wieder!
