Das Schlumachers ist für mich eines der besten Restaurants in der Region. Schon beim Betreten fühlt man sich willkommen, das Ambiente ist stilvoll, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Der Service ist aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell, ohne jemals aufdringlich zu wirken. Wir haben inzwischen mehrfach sowohl das 3-Gänge- als auch das 6-Gänge-Menü genossen. Jedes Mal war es ein kulinarisches Highlight, das uns viele Stunden voller Genuss und besonderer Momente beschert hat. Jeder Gang ist perfekt abgeschmeckt, kreativ angerichtet und zeugt von höchster handwerklicher Qualität. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Frische der Zutaten und die stimmige Zusammenstellung der Menüs. Man spürt sofort, wie viel Leidenschaft und Können hier in jedem Detail steckt. Die Weinbegleitung war jedes Mal perfekt abgestimmt und rundete das Erlebnis wunderbar ab. Als Gastronom mit über 15 Jahren Erfahrung und gemeinsam mit meinem Vater, der einer der Ernährungs-Docs ist, waren wir beide restlos begeistert. Für uns stimmt hier einfach alles. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf das nächste Mal und empfehlen das Schlumachers von Herzen weiter.
