Fantastisches und liebevoll angerichtetes Essen, aber konfuser und schlechter Service. Wir haben zu zweit keine Speisekarte erhalten und wurden im Vorbeigehen aufgefordert den QR-Code zu nutzen, obwohl um uns herum alle Gäste bei der Platzierung Karten erhielten. Das war schon merkwürdig. Dann mussten wir trotz Reservierung 40 Minuten warten, dass unsere Bestellung aufgenommen wird. Wir haben ein ausgesprochen leckeres 3-Gänge-Menü gegessen und hätten sicher auch mehr als die anfänglichen Getränke zu trinken bestellt, allerdings kamen die Servicekräfte nur zum Auf- und Abräumen der Gänge zu uns und brachten bestellte Getränke auch auf Erinnerung einmal nach Erinnerung und im Übrigen garnicht. Als wir irgendwann nach vorne gingen und die Rechnung bestellten und wieder 40 Minuten am Platz ohne Erfolg warteten, haben wir vorne gezahlt und kein Trinkgeld hinterlassen. Dies wurde nicht hinterfragt und es ist auch vorher zu keinem Zeitpunkt gefragt worden, ob uns das Essen oder der Aufenthalt gefallen hat. Schade um das wirklich nette Restaurant und Essen, aber so schlechten Service habe ich noch nie angetroffen.
