Simple. Fresh. Perfect. Fisch-Paul doesn’t try to be fancy — and that’s why it’s amazing. Just a counter, a fryer, and the best fish rolls in town. My go-tos? ✅ Fischfrikadellenbrötchen — Juicy, herby, crispy on the outside. ✅ Backfischbrötchen — Light batter, flaky fish, perfect with their tangy remoulade. ✅ Majesbrötchen — Smoky, creamy, and so satisfying. No frills. No wait. Just delicious, affordable, real-deal Hamburg seafood — eaten standing up by the water, preferably with a cold drink in hand. Fast food? Yes. But this is fast food done right. I’ll be back. Every time.
