The food here was actually quite nice. However, hygiene practices must be reviewed. Initially the person serving me went to do so with gloves she had used to take payment from another customer. She then had to start again which is extremely wasteful. She also used her newly gloved hands to get food that there was a spoon for. The only thing she used a spoon for was the hot chicken and the rice. One person serve, one person take orders. The only thing the server should be touching is the base, ie the taco / tortilla etc. That way you don't have to spread germs or pollute the planet unnecessary by using new gloves every time. Please get it right and train your staff in basic hygiene.
