Been a loyal customer here for a long time. Some of the long term staff are lovely, however I was spoken to like garbage when discussing how much milk I wanted in my americano, i don't expect silver service but common courtesy wouldn't go a miss. I was the only person at the till...Thankfully crouch end is filled with coffee shops, which will now have my custom.
