Completely forgot to get his name but the guy serving my friend and I at around 6 pm on 06/08 was an absolute STAR! Great customer service and amazing coffee ❤️❤️❤️ Truly left a good impression on both of us as tourists! If given a chance will be visiting Whitechapel for Yellow Ladder's coffee again ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve visited this store many times on my way to work and have always been greeted with a professional, warm welcome and excellent service. I’d especially like to commend Samrat for consistently going above and beyond—making me feel not just like a customer, but genuinely seen and cared for. Thank you for being you, and keep up the amazing work! Oh, and the coffee? Always made to perfection. Fan of peanuts? You have to try the Peanut Butter Cookie—absolutely delicious!
