I had such a wonderful experience at Wagamama Brent Cross thanks to Flav. From the moment we arrived, Flav went above and beyond to look after us, making sure everything was perfect. They were incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel truly valued as customers. It’s rare to come across service that’s both so professional and genuinely warm, but Flav delivered exactly that. Thank you for making our meal extra special — we’ll definitely be coming back!

As someone who’s tried several Wagamamas across London, I had stopped going after a few disappointing visits to the Enfield branch. Craving a comeback, I decided to give the Brent Cross location a try — and I’m so glad I did! The interior is stylish and modern, especially the red light-up wall panels, which add a nice touch to the atmosphere. From starters to dessert, every course was genuinely delicious. The crispy squid with dipping sauce? Perfection. For mains, I had the customisable Donburi — a welcome new feature that lets you build your own from protein to veg. It was full of flavour, perfectly warm, and super satisfying. Of course, I had to finish with Wagamama’s white chocolate & ginger cheesecake — still a 10/10. Please never remove this from the menu! Service was excellent — Sandra was warm and welcoming, and even when she was busy, other staff stepped in seamlessly with smiles and attentiveness. The timing of each course was spot on. Brent Cross has officially become my go-to Wagamama — great food, even better service.
