Great food. What's the point of having table service option on app for Brent cross,it's non existent. My order said completed and then I had to get up and go to counter to tell the staff I asked for table service. Only then the staff bought the food over.

Visit 2 - oh dear! What is the point of having table service and then having waited substantial time - be told you don’t offer it! It’s on every fricking table! The order website states complete - they haven’t even started it! Here’s an idea - before going down the tech route, actually carry out a check?! What was 5* unfortunately ruined. Visit 1 - Faultless all round. Service was good. Food was as per the photos on show (a rarity these days). A quiet morning, clean tables and environment etc. One of the better Chaiiwalas to visit.
