Not very Vietnamese tasting... the noodles served below the beef I ordered was neither the proper type of noodle nor was there fish sauce immediately apparent in the sauce mixture given. The staff were speaking Cantonese. The dishes are probably closer to a Chinese style remake of Vietnamese food than something particularly authentic. It wasn't particularly bad but it wasn't Vietnamese food.
