Outstanding gelato! Worth the wait! Cremino cocoa and hazelnut is divine! Thick gooey chocolate worked into a rich hazelnut. Scrumptious! Chocolates look mysterious and free samples help you to decide which one to choose from. The chocolate waterfall at the end of store feels like a scene out of Willy Wonka! A big shout out to Jerin - rushed offer feet but unbelievably polite, helpful and always smiling.

I had vanilla and pistacchio gelato and had to throw it in the bin, the vanilla tasted off and it spoilt also the pistacchio, it was two of us trying that vanilla flavour and both of the same idea - I went to complain the following day and the customer service was even worse than the gelato, I was told with arrogance it’s all fresh and I should have gone back straightaway but I had a train to catch, not expected from a brand like Venchi and prices charged, disappointing
