Urban Orient is so tasty and such a delicious restaurant. We were planning on going to another restaurant in Crystal Palace but it was closed, saw Urban Orient and wow- I’m so so so happy we found this and is definitely now my favourite. The food tastes super authentic, seasoned and fresh and honestly is super delicious everything we had was a 10/10. Not insanely expensive too, a good value for money. Staff is also super sweet and attentive. Inside the interior also looks really nice and feels quite cosy. Thank you so much to the staff & chefs, definitely will be coming back!!!

I visited this restaurant for the first time in six months and was disappointed to find that the menu had changed. The vegetables that used to come with the pho now cost extra, and the overall quality of the food had noticeably declined. The table was sticky, which made the dining experience uncomfortable. Just like last time, they only accepted cash payments, which is inconvenient.
