I had a truly memorable visit to The Promenade at The Dorchester — it’s the epitome of luxury and elegance. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the sophisticated atmosphere and attention to detail. The décor and setting create a sense of opulence without feeling overbearing, making it a perfect place for a special occasion or a leisurely high-end meal. The food was outstanding. The salmon was cooked to perfection, fresh and flavorful, while the pasta was equally excellent, with well-balanced flavors and high-quality ingredients. Everything felt carefully prepared and thoughtfully presented, reflecting the high standards of the restaurant. I also had the Second Flush Organic Darjeeling tea, which was a real highlight. The flavor was delicate yet full-bodied, and it paired wonderfully with the meal. The service matched the quality of the food — attentive, professional, and friendly without ever feeling intrusive. Every staff member I interacted with contributed to making the experience seamless and enjoyable. Overall, The Promenade at The Dorchester delivers exactly what you expect from a high-end London restaurant: exceptional food, impeccable service, and a luxurious, memorable setting. It’s an experience I won’t forget and would highly recommend to anyone looking for refined dining in London.

The setting is majestic and clam, the food nothing short of magnificent but by far the best party out serene afternoon was our meticulous, witty, entertaining waiter, Anuar Hamid, made us feel welcome, relaxed and very special. You must always follow his champagne advice. A special man, doing an excellent job in a wonderful place.

A perfect afternoon tea in London experience. We celebrated a birthday and anniversary at The Dorchester and it was unforgettable. The Promenade is breathtaking — chandeliers, mirrored ceilings, and live piano created a magical holiday setting. Sandwiches are refillable, the scones were warm, fluffy, and perfectly textured with clotted cream and jam, and the pastries looked like art on a plate. Service was polished yet genuinely warm, making the whole afternoon feel effortless. A true masterclass in afternoon tea and worth every moment for a special occasion.
