What a coffee shop should be--a relaxed, comfy place to sit and have a coffee, a bite and a good read or conversation. The owner and locals are wonderful. Learned a bit of history each time I rolled by. Excellent meat patties. A Lambeth treasure.

worst cafe ever. weird owner andrew always says hello to me and gives me courgettes for no reason. i don’t even know where he got them from. don’t come here unless you want to hang out with a rotation of innumerable geezers and have the most nondescript coffee you’ve tasted in your life. 10/10
