I’ve been here for a business meal, the cashless experience was nice, you make everything with your smartphone and then dishes will come auto-magically. The food is well prepared and recipes are tasty, there is good selection of beverages. The price is right.

I visited The Bridge Restaurant during a busy period at the WTM 2024 at Excel London, so the whole area was understandably bustling. Despite the crowd, I was impressed with how smoothly things went at this restaurant. Although there was a bit of a hiccup with the booking system, which meant we had to go up to the counter to pay, the wait wasn’t too long, and the staff handled it well. The environment was a bit hectic, as you’d expect with so many people around, but the staff stayed calm, friendly, and attentive, which really made a difference. They managed to keep things professional and welcoming, even under pressure—a big plus for any busy event. As for the food, we tried a range of dishes over a couple of visits, including fish and chips and steak, and each time the quality was excellent. The flavors were consistent, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The prices felt fair, especially considering the quality. Overall, The Bridge Restaurant managed to deliver both good food and friendly service in a high-pressure setting. It’s worth a visit if you’re at Excel, even during busy events.

Attended an event with 2 friends. On ordered a burger which arrived after 20 minutes, however my other friend ordered the curry which took 1 hour. He ordered the curry with my burger, but I was served 30 minutes before him, only for another burger to be presented when the curry arrived. Nobody knew which table food was for, drinks storage room is in the toilet area. Not a good experience.
