At this price level it is a „ok“ place to have a tea time. Tea choice is not really impressive, but tea comes „loose leaves“, my assam was ok. We were asked if we want to have milk with the earl grey - can please someone tell them this is impossible - we had to order lime extra.. The sweet things were from indeed very good quality - very nice cookies and the „fruits“ were delicous! So all over all - overpriced but from good, solid quality all over all.

Delicious coffee and pastries not very sweet. Service and staff can be improved as they look very busy and don’t put accent on the customers. Bathroom it’s very cool 😁

I had an outstanding experience at The Berkeley Café, thanks in large part to our server, Augustus. His service was truly excellent — attentive without being intrusive, warm, and incredibly professional. He made the entire visit feel special with his thoughtful recommendations and genuine hospitality. Augustus brought a sense of calm and charm to the table that really elevated the experience. I can’t recommend him highly enough — he’s a credit to the team at The Berkeley.
