This is the best Japanese food that I’ve tried in England. I know a LOT about Japanese food. The rice is very well made, not hard, all fresh. The fish for sushi has been very well chosen, it is cut properly and it’s very fresh. Sushi and sashimi in general are at “excellent” level. Plus for the “unagi” (eel). The best one I’ve tried in London, New York City and Lima. Their “don” (fish, eel, or meat) on top of rice has always been excellent and delicious. Again, rice is not just white rice but very well flavoured with its sauces. The quality of these are like the ones that are everyday food served in Japan. Excellent. On top of everything is that the place is cheaper than any other Japanese place I’ve tried in London ever. I really wonder who the chef is, what they make is very good! Very good job! I hope they don’t ever move away from here 😁
